A. IELTS/SAT TEACHERS

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

  •   Part-time or full-time basis: Instruct courses in Academic English: IELTS /SAT 
  •   Deliver rigorous, efficient ESL lessons in line with the programs and strategic goals of Summit.
  •   Evaluate and give timely feedback towards students’ class work, assignments, and overall progress.
  •   Ensure the effective running of classes & professionalism of performance.
  •   Prepare and return mid-course and end-of-course evaluation reports.

2. REQUIREMENTS

We are open to recruiting both English speakers and Vietnamese nationals who have graduated from 4-year colleges and universities in English speaking countries. Basic requirements are:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University 
  • Clean criminal check
  • IELTS 8.0++, SAT 2200++/2400 (old format) or 1500++/1600 (new format)
  • Familiarity with IELTS/ SAT format. Teaching experience and/or a TEFL, TESOL, CELTA certificate… is a plus
  • Ability to exercise judgment and work independently utilizing Summit syllabuses and curriculum. 
  • Outstanding organizational skills and team spirit
B. JUNIOR ACADEMIC ENGLISH TEACHERS

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

  •   Part-time or full-time basis: Instruct courses in Academic English to talented and curious young teenagers.
  •   Deliver rigorous, efficient ESL lessons in line with the programs and strategic goals of Summit.
  •   Evaluate and give timely feedback towards students’ class work, assignments, and overall progress.
  •   Ensure the effective running of classes & professionalism of performance.
  •   Prepare and return mid-course and end-of-course evaluation reports.

2. REQUIREMENTS

We are open to recruiting both English speakers and Vietnamese nationals who have graduated from 4-year colleges and universities in English speaking countries. Basic requirements are:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University.
  • Cambridge CELTA/Trinity Certificate or equivalent teaching qualification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Confidently using new technologies in teaching and/or the willingness and motivation to learn and apply these new skills in the classroom.
  • Flexibility and cultural awareness.
  • Prior experiences working in Asia and/or a developing country.
