Ms. Tran Phuong Hoa, Summit CEO and former Vice President of Circle of Friends, encourages young students to participate in community services projects and strengthen their communication and leadership skills through training seminars like the Talent Pool program.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The 2.0 Talent Pool Development Program consists of 3 courses; “Self Mediation”, “Self-Mastery Skills”, and “Collaborative Skills”. Each course will be divided into smaller sessions that cover a variety of skills that we believe are essential for young people to discover and develop their capabilities.
