B. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Part-time or Full-time teacher: Instruct courses in Academic English (SAT Reading & Writing skills/ IELTS 4 skills)
• Deliver rigorous, efficient ESL lessons in line with the programs and strategic goals of Summit.
• Evaluate and give timely feedback towards students’ class work, assignments, and overall progress.
• Ensure the effective running of classes; professionalism of performance.
• Prepare and return mid-course and end-of-course evaluation reports.

C. REQUIREMENTS

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University
• Clean criminal check
• IELTS 8.0++ (no sub-band less than 7.5) or TOEFL 110++
• SAT 2200++/2400 (old format) or 1500++/1600 (new format) or ACT 34++/36
• Teaching experience and/or a TEFL, TESOL, CELTA certificate.
• Ability to exercise judgment and work independently utilizing Summit syllabuses and curriculums
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and team spirit
• A desire to help students learn and reach their full potential
